Our Coaches

Coach Adams Pat Adams

Working with my son and his teammates throughout the years caused me to take a serious look at sports physiology and how the body reacts to different forms of resistance. From there I started to identify different techniques that were being used at advanced levels to train athletes of all sports. I became certified in the Jump Stretch methodology and as a Personal Trainer, to enhance my development in this field. Using this knowledge I developed my own training programs, for various youth sports, focusing in speed, flexibility, balance, power and vertical acceleration, through resistance band training. For over 16 years I have trained thousands of athletes, amateur to professional, from all over Northeast Ohio to help enhance their athletic abilities. Xpress Sports Training is one of the leaders in J.O. (Junior Olympics) volleyball training. Xpress Sports currently trains volleyball players, from numerous J.O. programs, who are taking advantage of our advanced training methods.
